Steve Richardson was sent to do our annual maintenance on our sump pump and dehumidifier. Steve was very professional and courteous. He find that our dehumidifier had failed and couldn’t be repaired. He provided us a quote on a new unit which we be purchasing. Steve will be returning in a couple weeks to install the new unit.

On 5/13/24 Steven Richardson came out from the Basement Doctor. He started out on the right foot by wearing a mask and feet covers. The mask is very important to me because of my compromised immune system. It was nice not to have to ask. He was very thorough. After looking at everything, he recommended replacing the sump pump and battery back-up because of age. He was very patient and explained the reasons for his recommendation. We followed his guidance and entered into a contract to replace them. He never made us feel rushed and clearly answered all our questions. We would like Steven Richardson to be our permanent technician.

Recently had a sump pump installed and am very happy with this team (Chase, HJ, Kyle, and Parker). They kept things nice and tidy despite the rainy conditions. Chase was great about paying attention to every little detail of the project and patiently explained everything I needed to know (as well as the things I was just curious about). Will definitely contact them for future basement needs.

Best foreman and installers around. Keaton, Johnny and the crew were awesome. Really fast and it looks amazing. Repaired my damaged wall and completed it in 2 days. Literal lifesavers! Thanks guys appreciate all the great work, job well done.

Quick and thorough response by project manager Jesse and foreman Patrick. Two full days of waterproofing and erecting support beams by Patrick, Danny, and Kevin. The finished appearance and cleanup were excellent. This was our second time using the Basement Doctor, and we have confidence in their solutions.

The entire Basement Doctor team was amazing from start to finish! Our project manager Drew made it to our house the same day we called and was able to get us schedule quickly. When Keaton and his crew arrived to complete the work they arrived on time, worked efficiently and left out property in great shape. Would definitely recommend and would use again if we need to.

The Basement Doctor really saved me with my foundation issues. The team is hard working, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly puts customer satisfaction as their number one priority. Project manager Charlie did a fantastic job analyzing/ running diagnostics on my foundation issues. He was very thorough and efficient. He was knowledgeable finding out my foundation issues and how to fix them properly. The team members who completed the project ( Chase, Hunter, and Kyle) did a wonderful job! Chase, the foreman, walked me through the project every step of the way, from start to finish. These guys worked hard and long hours to make sure the project was completed at the projected finish date. They made sure the job was done properly and did not cut corners while doing so. The Basement Doctors team consists of highly trained professionals who actually care about the customer. You get what you pay for, and the Quality of work was great! I appreciate how each team member made me feel at ease from the beginning to the end. I will definitely be recommending the Basement Doctor to anyone who is in need of services. If I ever need anything in the future, I know who it call.

We had an excellent experience with the staff of The Basement Doctor. From the office staff, project manager, foreman and crew, all have been informative, courteous, patient with our questions, and well informed of their products. We had the drainage system installed and crawl space treated for mold and encapsulated. Mike and his team were on time every day. He kept us informed of the work goals for each day, and reviewed with us what had been accomplished before he left for the day. The work area was always left clean. We were very pleased with the work done and highly recommend The Basement Doctor.

Had waterproofing done this past week by The Basement Doctor....the whole project went very smooth and turned out great. All the employees of the Basement Doctor were polite and professional and very easy to work with and converse.....The Supervisor on site kept us up to date on everything happening and was great to work with. Overall the experience for the 2 and half day project was pleasant and turned out great....will definitely recommend.

Very impressed with The Basement Doctor. Scott was very thorough with explaining everything with the contract and was very knowledgeable about the process. Garth and his crew were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. They answered any questions that we had. They finished on time and we are very happy with the end result. The Basement Doctor did a great job! If there was any unexpected problems, we had nothing to worry about because The Basement Doctor fixed the problems. For example: A egress window that was purchased had been discontinued, and we learned that we may have two different colored window wells. The Basement Doctor was able to get the egress window and matching window wells, all we had to do was agree to the color change! The Foreman, Jamison Read, had a great crew who worked hard, showed up to work on time, and were very polite. I had no hesitation talking to or asking questions to any of the workers or the foreman! They all were very informative about the work they were doing and they all knew their jobs well. The crew were not afraid to do quality control checks while on the job. They noticed that a window that we purchased was slightly bent, and instead of installing a bad window, they refused to install a window that, " if I wouldn't put it on my house, I won't put it on your house."In summary, we are very pleased with the quality of work that the basement doctor provided, and we were pleased with everyone who was involved. Everything went smooth from start to finish! Thanks Basement Doctor!

We've had The Basement Doctor out to our house on multiple services.Sump Pump, Battery Backup System initially...Then a Water Evacuation Line Replacement when it collapsed several months later.They've been very good at helping us not only discuss the issues prior to repairs, but advise on the best way to do so.Brian and John are great guys!

The crew was fast and efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. The finished job looked great and our new sump pump is working great and quietly! I’m happy now that water that will find its way inside won’t be all over the basement floor! Excellent job from start to finish and a hassle free experience all around. I highly recommend Basement Doctor! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they’ll be the first and only call I make!
